I am a counsellor with an MA in Counselling, Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling, and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have a special interest in, and have additional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) training in Eating Disorders.

Working with individuals, I can help you to address your problems, and that can be on an "open-ended" basis or for an agreed time period. The aim being to enable you to enhance your life and to live it more happily, fully and successfully.

I provide counselling in Cardiff, Hampshire and Reading. Cardiff Consulting rooms are within easy reach of the University Hospital of Wales, Heath. Hampshire Consulting rooms, located in Bramley, between Reading and Basingstoke. Reading Consulting rooms are in the centre of Reading, opposite the Royal Berkshire Hospital
